From April 15, 2024, foreigners renewing their residence permit in Turkey will be required to provide a UETS (National Electronic Notification System) address.
To obtain UETS, you must submit a corresponding application to the PTT post office.
Must be presented:
-Passport;
-Valid residence permit;
-Phone number;
-E-mail.
The application form must be completed on site.
Foreigners with an electronic signature will be able to apply for UETS online at: www.etebligat.gov.tr
